We are looking for a manager to work on the production floor in the Zuid Holland region. We are looking for a person with experience in managing production processes, able to motivate the team effectively.
We expect good English and Polish language skills, with Dutch language skills as an added advantage. We are looking for a candidate with experience as a manager in production. The person in this position will be responsible for managing and supervising production processes. Optimising and improving the performance of production lines , managing and motivating the team. Implementing new technologies and methods to increase productivity, and liaising with other departments and company management.
