Efficient at Work is looking for an experienced and organised Planner to join the team in De Lier. In this position, you will be responsible for the complex scheduling of our temporary workers, coordination of transportation and ongoing contact with clients and colleagues. We are looking for someone who can work independently, maintains a high level of accuracy and communicates effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

We are looking for an organised, accurate and communicative person who is comfortable in a dynamic working environment. The ideal candidate has experience in planning or logistics, speaks Dutch, English and Polish, and is able to manage time effectively and work with different teams.
Requirements:
Education at MBO level (secondary vocational education)
Good knowledge of Dutch, English and Polish (spoken and written)
Category B driving licence
Proactive approach, self-reliance and responsibility
Experience in the temporary work industry would be an advantage
