Slicing, packing and sorting fruit and vegetables!

Work in sorting, slicing and packing fruit on modern production halls. Production takes place on lines and belts onto which the fruit is dumped, and the work is divided into stages. Some people do quality control and inspect the fruit, others sort the fruit by size or type, then the fruit goes to machines that cut and pack it. In the final stage of the work, the finished products are placed into large bulk packs or on pallets. The work is organised, repetitive and takes place in a clean production environment.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are willing to work on the shop floor and are comfortable working on the line. Accuracy, focus and the ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks for long periods of time are important. Punctuality, commitment and adherence to hygiene rules are also important, as this is a food job. Experience in sorting, packaging or production work will be a plus, but is not required if someone is willing to work and learns quickly.
