We are looking for a Work Planner who will be responsible for the efficient organisation of temporary workers and the coordination of transport. This is an operational position for someone who is well organised, communicative and resistant to working in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a person who can plan logically, react quickly to changes and is good at working with people.
This position is all about responsibility, self-reliance and the ability to maintain order in the daily work of planning.
Your tasks
- scheduling of temporary staff
- coordination and organisation of transport
- day-to-day contact with employees and customers
- responding to changes, absences and emergencies
- ensuring that plans comply with labour legislation
- input and update of data in planning systems
- cooperation with the operations team
We look forward to
- experience in planning or operational work
- good organisation of work and ability to set priorities
- communicate freely with employees and customers
- Polish and Dutch or English language skills
- driving licence category B
