We are looking for a person to work as a cleaning team leader at the holiday park in Brouwershaven.
In this position you are responsible for organising the work of the team and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the holiday homes. Together with the team, you ensure that guests can enjoy their stay at the park in comfort.
Your role involves coordinating the work of a team of several people, giving clear instructions and monitoring the results of the work. You welcome new employees and introduce them to their duties, ensuring that everyone knows exactly what they have to do.
During the day, you stay in contact with the cleaning manager, providing information on the progress of the work. You actively support the team in completing tasks when necessary.
