Worker for a flower bouquet company in the Netherlands, in the municipality of Westland. The work takes place in the warehouse and on the production line and mainly consists of sorting flowers, arranging them on the line and packaging the finished products. The flowers are prepared in stages and each person performs specific, repetitive tasks on the conveyor belt. The work is quiet, well organised and takes place in a clean, bright production environment.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for women who are accurate, patient and comfortable with manual work on the production line. Attention to aesthetics, delicacy in working with flowers and willingness to perform repetitive tasks are important. Punctuality, willingness to work and the ability to work with a team count. Experience with flowers or in production work would be welcome but not required as the work is easy to learn.
